Glued Pty Ltd collects and holds personal information such as names, addresses and other indentifying data, financial information and information about the use of our Glued products and services.  This information is obtained from various sources such as via our website, over the phone, from surveys, in store, correspondence etc.

We will need proof of identification from the person making the request to ensure that they are authorised to make the changes.
9. Security is of utmost importance to Glued Pty Ltd. Although we collect your credit card details these are not stored on our system.  They are stored and protected by Securepay Pty Ltd who are responsible for processing all financial transactions on behalf of Glued Pty Ltd.

We are unable to guarantee that personal information is always secure.  For example data accessible or sent over the internet is never 100% secure.  As a result we cannot be held liable for losses which may be incurred by you, arising from unauthorized access to your personal information held by us.
